Things that first turn a person toward God are seldom the richest revelations of his being. Ego is curious and easily fascinated. What truly astonishes and gratifies is the lengths God goes to build a link between himself and earth; what he does through Christ to open heaven to his wayward creatures. That, it truly amazing. That is greater than everything else!
