The man who wrote those words endured no end of hardship, disappointment, trouble and pain--especially after he became a Christian. Is he an idiot? Or does he know something every man and woman on the planet ought to know? The latter. Paul is no madman. He has met Jesus. If God is like him, trouble can be viewed through a prism of a love which will outlast it.
